I'm a published author and editor. I love writing and working with authors on their books! Lately I've been ghosting and editing exclusively for national speakers.

Hello Donna! This is a personal invite to join Black
Writer's Voice! This is a Chicago based writers meetup geared towards creating a positive environment where black writer's, aspiring or published, can unite, encourage and network. This is a place to receive live feedback as well as anonymous feedback on that book you've been working on. Our first meeting will be held on Friday, August 1st. For more information go to
http://writers.meetup.com/1004/ Hope to hear from you and Happy Writing! Claudia
You're welcome Donna! I was wondering if you had a color photo that I can use for your profile with the book and more information for your bio. Also, if you have other books, please inform me of them.
If you are working on a novel or a memoir and need some feedback, please shoot me an email at anitadiggs@aol.com or visit my blog

My bio: Anita Diggs has worked as a book editor for Random House, Time Warner Trade Publishing and Thunder’s Mouth Press. She has lectured across the country on the topics of novel writing, book proposal development and how to get a literary agent. The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, C-Span, The New York Daily News have interviewed her. Columbia Journalism Review placed Ms. Diggs on their “The Shapers” list for the year 2000. The Shapers is a list of prominent New Yorkers who shape the national media agenda.
