May His face shine upon you
and grant you great peace.
May He grant you His grace and blessing
all the days of your life
so that your every prayer intention
is heard before you ask
and accomplished before you speak.
May God grant you abundant faith,
persevering hope, and abiding charity
all the days of your life
so that in this life and the next
you may live in the presence
of the most Holy Trinity,
which is love and mercy itself.
Amen.
Your Friend,
Glyniel Garner

Temple Hill, MD Author to Appear At Black Authors Showcase
Washington, DC — On October 19th, local author James A. Jimason discusses his new work Dante's Destiny: Nothing Is What It Seems at the second Black Author Showcase™. The event features a selection of new self-published book authors living in the Washington, DC, metro area and will take place at the Howard University Continuing Education in Silver Spring, Maryland from 4:30 to 8:30 PM.
"Dante's Destiny" is a thrill ride that will keep you guessing until the very end. The battle between good and evil goes beyond the natural and into the supernatural, where nothing is what it seems. Dante struggles with the constant turmoil that plagues his family, while searching for the meaning of it all.
A native Washingtonian, Mr. Jimason describes himself as a man with a heart to see all people of all races, fulfill their God-ordained Destiny. He’s been writing for over seven years, with much more to share. He states, “To have a dream and vision for one’s life is great. However, when the winds of challenge begin to blow, only then do you discover the type of metal that fashions you. Destiny is calling you. Can you hear it?”
