What You Need to Know About Me:
I love expressing myself in all forms, whether its writing, spoken word, visual, etc. I enjoy meeting people who not only share my opinion, but challenge it as well; I feel that's the way to truly connect to others through understanding and mutual respect.

My first book of poetry, "When Rose Colored Glasses Break", will be available in August 2008; It's been a long time coming, and I am thankful right now simply to have completed it to fruition. I also would like to network with other artists, as far as spoken word collaborations and/or providing ghostwriting/editing services.

Take off your glasses and come see the world anew with me

These verses are poignant, deeply personal, and starkly honest expressions about life, love, and society. Here's a sneak peek of my upcoming title from Denovo Publishing:

Enjoy!

Hi Tara:

If you ever decide to write a novel or a memoir and need some feedback, please shoot me an email at anitadiggs@aol.com or visit my blog

Tara,

Thanks for the love. You can find more information about A Call to Oneness @ www.acalltooneness.com or you can call (314)653-2300. On June 1, 2008 over 50,000 of our Brothers and Sisters marched through the streets of St. Louis with the determination to restore our community and save our people. Violence in our community is at an all time high and we are doing it to ourselves. For so long we have failed our children, yet we blame them for the break down of our neighborhoods. It's time to resurrect our villages and raise our children the way that we know how. With Love.

God Bless,

Random Thought
