The 10th Annual Black Writer's Conference at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn features icons of African American literature. Any Black writer who is serious about their craft must attend this annual event to meet celebrity authors, publishers, rising writers, readers and literary scholars. All the panels were lively and informative, the social events were top notch, and the people were supportive and freely offering connections, advice and inspiration.
