Hi Stafford. I see you aren't too far from me in Maryland. Shoot! I missed the Book Fair at Andrews Air Force Base, I'm often right near there. My children's picture book is about to be released by Sweeties Books.

Hi Stafford :

This is just a heads up - A new company is starting in 2009. It will publish novels for women over 40. In other words, the main character has to be a female, over 40 years of age. She does not have to be black. The writer's gender and age is not an issue. All genres welcome: general, mystery, romance, historical, etc. Write to Brenda Frazier for more information. Her email address is: writingtimes@aol.com

All best,
Anita

I used to participate in the Baltimore Bookfest all the time when it was run by Robin Green. Since she no longer hosts the African Americn area, i haven't heard anything. I haven't heard anything about Capital Bookfest. But, congratulations on your accomplishment. No doubt, it's going to be a good time.

I look forward to learning and contributing on BAS.

HI Stafford - enjoying ur page!

SPAM IS SO NOT COOL!

Please do not greet everyone on the site with large images and announcements of your book or business. Yes, you want to tell the world, but learn the fine art of subtlety. A simple welcome and signature/link is fine. Let them ask you for more.
We have lost numerous members because of the amount of 'friend' mail they instantly receive. This Hurts Everyone.
Spam is unsolicited advertising, whether it is posted as comments on other members' pages or is emailed for marketing purposes.

Please be considerate. Post your advertisement in the proper Articles/Forum or Group. There are free classifieds on the Pages tab. You can post your information on your profile and even update your blog as often as you like.

We are not into censorship, so please don't make us ask you to leave. Be kind and unselfish - don't spam.

You know what is sad in all this, the sentiment on this board is not about wanting to see justice, because frankly those on this board have shown they could care less about facts (not a single person here has seen the court documents of the case oth…

Because Sophia has made false claims! She said she won the case and that turned out to be a flat out lie! Why on earth would be you surprised she is now being scrutinized after misleading many?

Well, that's what THEY are telling us, so we must BELIEVE it! We know this is the whole story, because THEY told us so, why would THEY lie? All of the information received on this case are from 100% accurate, objective and reliable sources, our very…
