thanks for the thought you put into commenting on my blog. i placed the disclaimer at the beginning in hopes that people wouldn't generalize my comments too much. all people of color are not unprofessional and all whites are not professional! you are so right about that. my criticism was meant as a wake up call. also, i believe in the secret as well, but i am equal opportunity in whom i deal with, believing in giving people a chance, so this is probably why i come across this thing routinely since i am a firm believer in giving the community business first and so come across situations that don't happen as often outside of the hood. someone who commented noted the "each one, teach one" philosophy so i'm taking this approach. my blog was about what i'm trying to teach them...LOL. peace, marcia
