i was in ocean city, md, for my family reunion. but i'm thinking, since my book is called E-Males, then most of my marketing should be on the net, right? so it's all good. if you went, let me know how it was.
since we both live in nyc, can i ask you for your opinion of the harlem book fair and/or book fairs in general? what has your experience been with them. i'm disenchanted. what am i doing wrong, or are most book fairs not worth the trouble?
peace,
Marcia L. McNair, Author, E-Males

Welcome to Black Author Showcase™. Sit back, relax, and get involved in a thriving literary community. Check out a few member blogs - there might be a short story or two around, invite your myspace/facebook friends and associates, upload your works in the Photos section so they will be included on the Main page rotation, join or create a group, meet with other readers and book club members, post an excerpt of your work on your blog, pimp out your page, and post your events.
Would you like your work included in the site store? Just send the ISBN(s) numbers to: info@blackauthorshowcase.com. Do you have books on Lulu? If so, send BAS your Lulu storefront link.
Got questions? Check out the About This Site forum or email the above address. Please do not hesitate to ask the community for help . . . It's why we exist! Enjoy!
Please do not greet everyone on the site with large images and announcements of your book or business. Yes, you want to tell the world, but learn the fine art of subtlety. A simple welcome and signature/link is fine. Let them ask you for more.

Please pass this alone to all those that don’t know Christ…
Think about your life today. All the hardship and pain, every issue you may have, all the things you may be struggling through.
Have you ever thought about what you life will be if Christ…
