Micheal Fiorito

Michael Fiorito is a writer, musician and performer. No stranger to the NYC poetry scene, Mike has read and performed his writings at various venues throughout the city. His 2nd publication of short stories entitled Inspiring Jest was released this summer. Mike has hosted and performed in music shows at the Back Fence, Vox Pop, Nightingale's Lounge, The Cornelia Street Café, Jalopy and other venues. He now hosts a spoken word series at Vox Pop in Brooklyn – every first Sunday of the month.

Brenda J. Gannam

Brenda J. Gannam, Arab-American poet, artist, writer, and spiritual advisor has been a member of the New York creative community for more than 20 years. As a student of French, Arabic, Russian, and German, Brenda has been influenced by the metaphysical, spiritual, and symbolist aspects of such poets as Akhmatova, Szymborska, Verlaine, Rimbaud, Rilke, Peguy, Gibran, Rumi, Al Khoury, Masefield, McCrae, Pushkin, and Pasternak. Brenda’s work often reveals powerful spiritual messages embedded in everyday phenomena – as well as underlying metaphysical and Jungian themes.
