A LOVE OF MY OWN


Its almost 10 pm, Kendra is fixing her hair before she goes out on her date. Come on hair work with me! I have to do this right tonight. Teddy is going to fall in love with me whether he wants to or not. I have to get out of this hell hole one way or another. Someone knocked on the bathroom door. “Kendra_ Are you in the bathroom?” A male voiced asked”
Damn its Anton. I thought he was sleep. I’m sick of him always touching and feeling on my body, that’s what he married my mother for. I wish he would just fall over and die! “I’m using the bathroom right now can you come back in a couple of minutes?” Kendra asked.
“Awe come on I have to go bad, I’ll make it really quick_ I promise.” Anton replied.
I started to reach for the door handle, but I knew if I opened the door he was going to contaminate my body like he’s done so many times before. I want my body to be just for the man I’m in love with. For a man who knows how to caress and touch a woman‘s body, not some perv like Anton. I don’t understand why my mother lets him get away with this. I decided not to open the door, if anybody is going to lay their hands on me it would be Teddy.
“Sorry, I’m about done, be out in a minute.” I hesitantly stated. I could hear him breathing hard at the door, I stood there paralyzed, until I knew he was gone. That was close.
I was still feeling nervous about t seeing Teddy tonight. He knows I like him but tonight is the night that I officially tell him. He is a few years older but I have to convince him that I am the right woman for him and not just some hot little fast girl with an over developed body. I sat on the toilet hoping to release some anxiety. umph! And wouldn’t you know it, this would be the time that that last piece of poop gets stuck in my butt. I hope I don’t mess up my freshly polished nails, but I have to use my finger to get it out. I stuck my right middle finger in my butt and hooked the small piece of poop and pulled it out. This is so embarrassing, I’m glad know one is here to witness this.
I washed my hands and slowly opened the door to see if Anton was anywhere in sight. When the coast was clear, I crept to the door and slipped out into the night. Teddy was supposed to meet me at 11 o’clock and its already 11:23. I’ll give him 15 more minutes. I hope he took me seriously about meeting me tonight, not that I want something to happen but I even wore my new bra and panty set for him.
It was almost 11:40 and I had just about given up, I turned around and started to walk back to my house. A car whipped around the corner and flashed their lights into my eyes. what an asshole! Then someone yell out, “Hey Kendra! Its me Teddy.”
A big smile grew across my face and I ran and jumped in the car. “Hello mister! Do you know what time it is?” I asked.
“Yeah its 11:38.” He replied not giving it much thought.
“Why are you so late! What time did I tell you to meet me?” I snapped.
“Well actually you told me to meet you around 11 o’clock” He answered.
“So why weren’t you here at 11 then?” I questioned him. He turned and looked at me for a second, then started laughing.
“What_, What is so funny?” I asked.
“You women are a trip. Oh I’m sorry, you young ladies you are a trip. If you wanted me here at 11, then you should have said meet me at 11.”
I gave him an infuriated look. He must be trying to insult my intelligence because he’s older than me.
“That is what I told you!” I stated as I gritted my teeth. “Well actually you told me to meet you around 11 o’clock, not be here at 11 o’clock. There is a subtle difference in the enunciation. Choice your words more wisely and you’ll be disappointed a lot less.” I thought about what he said for a split second, he was right. But the main thing is that he’s here now. I looked at Teddy as he sped through the city heading south towards the outskirts of town. “So where are you taking me_ DC?” I asked.
“No, were going down near Arundel Mills. I know a nice little spot down there were we can chill and talk.” He replied. Watching him shift them gears the way he did, was honestly turning me on. I turned up the music and looked out the window, trying to enjoy the view and not be turned on by him. It didn’t work, I didn’t see a thing out the window. All I saw was him and me on a trip together, how perfect our lives would be, how our house would look with scented candles burning all over. Our bedroom would have like 12 big fluffy decorated pillows over top of our crème 500 count cotton sheets. By the time I had snapped out of my little love fantasy Teddy had already parked the car, sat under a tree on a bench watching me. I got myself together and went over there were he was sitting. As I sat down next to him, “So why didn’t you tell me to get out the car?” I asked.
“I did, twice. But when I looked at you I saw that smile on your face, your eyes sparkled and you were glowing. Its not often that you get to witness someone in pure bliss. So I decided to leave you be and tried to live in that sparkle with you.” Teddy explained.
“Well yeah about that fantasy, that’s kind of what I wanted to talk to you about. Now I want you to hear me all the way through before you say anything.” I took a deep breath and exhaled before I continued. “You know how I’m always telling you about my step father forcing himself on me. Telling me that I look just like my mother, and if I go to the police he will turn my mother against me or he will kill her in her sleep. I have to do something now! I just can’t wait any longer I have to do something. I wish my dad was out of jail so I could be with him or he would take care of Anton for me.” I dropped my head and covered my face with my hands. “I haven’t talked to my dad in over 10 years and I really need him!” Teddy grabbed me and wrapped his arms around me, I couldn’t stop crying as my tears saturated his shirt. “I’m so sorry you have to go through such an ordeal, I wish I could take you away from all this and help you out.” Teddy whispered into my ear.
“Actually there is something you can do, you know how much I like you. and I’m pretty sure you have some sort of feelings for me too right?” I grabbed his face with my hands. “Teddy look at me_ I want to be with you! You’re my knight in shinning armor. You were the glow on my face in the car. The more I think about me and you being together the more I know I can’t be without you.” I pleaded to him.
“Kendra, do you know what your saying? Ok yes I am feeling you a little bit, but look at our age difference. First of all I’ll be 20 in a few months and your only 15, do you know I could go to jail for being with you?” Teddy exclaimed.
“Teddy please! Age is just a number. There are a lot of people that are greater than five years apart and are happy together. And we can be happy together too.” I replied. “But the difference between them and us is that everyone is over the age of 18, your not ! I don’t know if I would be comfortable with this situation. If you were at least 17 going on 18, I wouldn’t think about it for one more sec_”
“Teddy Please, I’m begging you to give me a chance! I can’t be without you, I love you!” I blurted out, without giving any contemplation. “Teddy, I love you.”
“Kendra please, your only 15. Do you really know what love is?” Teddy asked.
“Yes, its an emotion state that can’t be faked, that lives and feeds off my heart and soul. Sometimes I can’t catch my breath and it makes my whole body quiver like an internal eruption. My heart loves you, my soul can’t live without you, and my body feens only for you. You’re my first thought when I open my eyes and my first and last prayer before I close my eyes. A feeling I only feel when I look at you Teddy. Nothing else matters, there ain’t and never will there be another.” I answered.
I stared into Kendra’s eyes, feeling her soul gave me a new found respect for the words that spewed out of her mouth and the meaning of each word. For an instant I was no longer staring at a 15 year old girl, but I was looking at a fully matured woman. “Kendra if you really love me the way you say you do then prove it!” He exclaimed. I looked at him to see if this was some kind of joke he was playing.
“Huh?” I asked
“If you really love me, then prove it_” Without smiling or joking he stared at me, waiting for my reply. I lowered my head slightly disappointed, hoping it wouldn’t had came to this to prove my love for him. But I’ve came to far to be turned away now, I will do anything to secure my man. I started to unbutton my blouse somewhat exposing my chocolate bra. He stopped me.
“What are you doing?” He started to button my shirt back up. “I asked you to prove that you love me, not have sex with me. Now, I want you to kiss me! Kiss me like you‘ve never kissed anyone in your life before.” I leaned in feeling his warm breath on my lips first, then my lips touching his. We stared at one another before passing the point of no return. I kissed him as if my future, my life depended on it. This was my first real kiss with a real man that I actually wanted to kiss. Anton doesn’t count, he made me kiss him as well as do other things with my lips that girls shouldn’t do. But right at this point it didn’t matter, because I was kissing the man that I love. As our lips locked longer and more sensuality I could feel and hear his heartbeat. Our hearts were beating as one. And in that moment I knew he was the man I wanted to share the rest of my life with.
By the time Teddy had dropped me off, nothing could have taken the smile off of my face. When I walked in the house the whole atmosphere had changed, the light was on in the kitchen and I heard little noises coming out. This is never a good sign! I knew I shouldn’t even entertain the thought of seeing what’s going on in there. I swear my curiosity is going to kill me one day. I walked in to the kitchen to see Anton sitting at the table drinking a beer in his boxers and my mother was sitting on the floor with no clothes on crying in the corner. “Mommy!” I ran over her and tried to hug her, but she was covered in whelps from Anton’s belt. My eyes pierced Anton with such hatred. If looks could kill, his mother would’ve had to have triplets to finish the job. “Mom, why do you let him treat you like this! Why don’t you leave him?” I exclaimed.
“No Baby, its okay I deserved it. I should try to be a better wife.” Shaivon replied.
“No mom, you’re a good wife, he poisoned your mind. He’s the one with the problems.” I cried out.
“Just give it some time baby it will get better.”
“No it won’t mommy, you’ve been with him for over seven years and it hasn’t gotten better yet! Mom your better than this you have to leave him before he kills you.” I pleaded. “Come on mommy, I’ll help you to bed.” I exclaimed.
As I helped her to her feet Anton grabbed my butt cheek, “Ohhhhh, it feels like you’ve been getting thicker Kendra. Puberty finally kicked in!” Anton replied slyly.
“Keep your hands off of me! Pervert! You should be ashamed of yourself!” I yelled.
I took my mother to bed and grabbed her some Tylenol for the pain. “Mommy why do you put up with that? Daddy never treated you like that.” I asked.
“Awe baby he’s not so bad, he just has a few problems. Please keep it down, you don’t want him to hear you. It might make him mad.” Shaivon stated.
“Mom just to let you know, I can’t put up with him anymore! I have to leave soon, I can’t stand the thought of being around him. I want you to leave with me?”
“And go where?” Shaivon asked.
“Anywhere! Its better than here.” I exclaimed.
“No, I have to stay here. He needs me.”
“You need to help yourself!” I exclaimed.
“Don’t leave, give him another opportunity.”
“Mommy he’s had a whole lot of opportunities! Give him anymore opportunities and I’ll be having his kids!”
“Kendra, that wasn’t nice!”
“Come on mom don’t act like you don’t know! Anton’s been forcing himself on me for years. At first I thought you didn’t know, then I put it all together. I thought it was strange that you used to make me take baths in the middle of the day, right around the time Anton got home from work. You never let me put on lipstick and perfume before. You would take me to your room and put a little eye liner on me some blush and perfume and then send me to my room with just my towel on. And right before I got dressed Anton would come into my room and rape me. How could you do that to your own daughter?” Shaivon tried to cover her head in embarrassment. “I’m sorry I didn’t know what else to do. I’m going to try to get us some help. I’ll fix everything.”
“Mommy I love you, but this has to end, until you get help for yourself I have to move out on my own and try to do the best I can for me.”
I laid in my bed for the rest of the night watching my bedroom door. I know Anton is going to try to come in here with his drunk self. I hate this house. I can’t wait to talk to Teddy in the morning so I can get up out of here.
I eventually dosed off to sleep, dreaming about Teddy of course. We were living in our apartment and Teddy had a long day at work so I decided to surprise him and rushed home from school and made him all his favorite foods for dinner. Then I took a shower, put on some sexy lingerie and laid across the bed waiting for him to come home. Then something went wrong, I heard Anton in the kitchen eating Teddy’s food. “Damn Kendra, you never cooked like that when you lived home with me and your mother. Uh, uh ain’t no need to get up I’ll be in there as soon as I finish this food, cause you’ve definitely filled out over the past couple of years.” Anton stated. How is this possible, I left years ago. He didn’t even know where we lived. I have to get out of here and tell Teddy about him. I awoke from my nightmare, only to see Anton standing over me with my covers pulled back partially exposing my body. I grabbed my covers real tight. “What are doing in my room!” I screamed.
“I heard you moaning and I just wanted to make sure you were all right.” Anton replied.
“I’m just fine, I don’t need your help for anything. Please leave me alone.” I exclaimed. As he walked out the room I heard him mumbling under his breath. “You sure are fine, no doubt about that. ”Thank goodness I was dressed. I want Teddy so bad, he has to take me away from here. Everything about Anton makes my skin crawl.
Its almost 10 o’clock I decided to call Teddy, its been long enough to not hear from him. I called his cell phone. “Hello?” Teddy answered.
“Hey baby, I miss you and I can’t wait to see you today.” I exhaled as I started to cry.
“Kendra, what’s wrong, why are you crying?” Teddy exclaimed.
“Its Anton! I have to get away from this place.”
“Calm down baby and tell me what happened.” Teddy asked.
“It started last night when you dropped me off. When I got home he had beaten my mother up again.”
“He what!” Teddy yelled.
“Yeah he beat her up and when I tried to help her to bed, he made sexual comments towards me and smacked me on the butt.” I explained.
“That bastard! I will hurt that man.” Teddy exclaimed.
I could feel how mad he was through the phone.
“Kendra did he touch you?” Teddy asked.
There was a moment of silence.
“Kendra , are you still there?” Teddy asked.
“Yes, I’m still here.” I replied.
“I asked you did he touch you? And please don’t lie to me.”
“Well_ if I tell you everything, will you promise not to leave me?”
“Yes, I promise.”
“This morning, when I woke up I found Anton standing over me with my covers pulled back. I think he was about to get into bed with me.” I stated.
Teddy didn’t reply, but I could hear his blood boiling through the phone as he breathed harder and harder. “Kendra has he tried to do this to you before?” Teddy asked with his teeth clinched.
“Yes , but please don’t be mad at me. I never wanted him to. He’s been molesting me for almost 8 years. I tried to fight him off but he’s to strong for me. I don’t like him touching me, I just want you to touch me. I can’t take it here any longer. I want to run away! Either run away or kill myself, anything is better then him touching me. Unless_, unless you let me move in with you?” I asked.
“Baby as much as I would love you to move in with me so we can start our own life together, we can’t just yet. Your still under age I could go to jail for being with you.”
“I won’t tell anyone.”
“You don’t have to. If the state finds out they can come and arrest me.”
“So I’ll testify on your behalf and say I consented to be with you.”
“Its not that simple in the eyes of the law, you don’t know what you want and the state doesn’t need your consent, they can press charges themselves.”
“So then I’ll just run away!” Kendra exclaimed.
“No you can’t do that either, if you get caught they will put you in the system and I’ll never see you. Don’t worry I’ll get Anton off your back for a while, let me make a few calls and I call you back.” Teddy stated.
“Okay. I love you.” I said with a smile on my face.
“Talk to you in a minute. Bye.”
Kendra is waiting by the phone waiting for Teddy to call her back. Its been two days since I last heard from him I wonder if he had anything to do with Anton’s beating. I really don’t care if he did, its not like he didn’t deserve it. the phone rang, I picked it up after the first sound. Teddy is it you?” I gasped.
“Yeah its me.” Teddy replied
“I miss you so much! Guess what happened to Anton? He got jumped the other morning on his way to work_”
“Whoa, slow down. I’m pulling up out front come on out.” Teddy stated, I slammed the phone down and ran out the door. I was in such a hurry that I didn’t even bother to close up my robe. “Hi baby, I missed you.” I stated as I gave him a juicy kiss. “Wow, I never thought anyone would be that excited to see me. As much as a appreciate it, you gotta keep my assets covered up, I can’t have people seeing what your working with. So what is this great news you have to tell me about Anton?”
“He got jumped the other day on his way to work, he claims that he fell. But I know better. He’s been in the hospital ever since. He has a few fractured ribs, his left eye is swollen shut and I don’t know what happened to his private area but he has to keep a bag of ice it. I couldn’t help but smile when my mom took me to the hospital.”
“So I guess he won’t be messing with you for a while.”
“I guess he won’t. so you don’t by chance happened to know how he fell, do you?” I asked sarcastically.
“As a matter of fact I don’t.” Teddy answered with a sly look on his face. “Look I want to take you shopping to buy you some nice clothes for school, because you are going to finish school. But I don’t think it’s a good ideal for us to be seen in public together for a while.”
“Awe come on, you can’t tell me that I bagged this fine ass hunk of a man and can’t show you off for a couple of minutes!” I complained.
“Look we have to play it cool, how about I give you a few dollars you go to the mall with one of your friends and then come pass my house later and show me what you bought.”
“Ok, but I’d much rather go shopping with you.” I pouted. While Kendra was out shopping I decided to cook her a light dinner. I’m really digging this young girl, but its confusing me to feel this way about her. She is only fifteen and I shouldn’t have feelings like this. Like I could really see myself making love to her. Eel, just the thought of it makes me gag, but yet at the same time I know in my heart I could fulfill her completely. But timing is everything, so I’m going to have to do it right and do it slow. I was so caught up in my chain of thoughts that I didn’t hear the door. It sounded like the feds were 2.5 seconds from breaking down the door, “OK! OK! I’m coming!” Teddy shouted.
“Honey I’m home! And I have some new clothes to model for you!” Kendra stated.
“Your just in time, are you hungry? I made your favorite.”
“I hope it’s fried chicken.” I asked with anticipation.
“It sure is with French fries, I’ll make our plates and take my seat.”
“I’ll eat mine afterwards, you just get ready cause I have a surprise for you , one you will never forget. She gave me a little wink and ran into the bedroom. “I can’t wait!” Teddy said excitingly. Kendra started walking down the hall. “For my first outfit I will be modeling a pair of dark blue denim low ride jeans.” Kendra explained
“UHHHHH my favorite!” Teddy yelled and whistled.
“I know”, Kendra smiled slyly. “May I continue.”
“You sure can”, Teddy stated. With a low V neck, long sleeve white shirt, and a pair of black shoe boots. She pranced over to Teddy and bent down low enough for him to get a sneak peak down her shirt, then popped back up real fast.
“Oh yeah!” Teddy exclaimed. “I like this fashion show!” Kendra smiled. She modeled three more outfits and then announced the grand finale. “Okay, she yelled from the bedroom. Promise me you won’t laugh, or make jokes.” Teddy started laughing while he was saying I promise, I won‘t laugh.
“Then why are you laughing! See I knew you were gonna laugh!”
“But I’m not laughing at you I’m laughing about what you said, ok ok I promise I won’t….”
Before he could finish his sentence I walked down the hall wearing nothing but a pair of black thongs.
Teddy just sat there on mute. He didn’t move or blink, hell I don’t even think he was breathing! He just sat there stunned. Kendra wasn’t the thong wearing type first of all, hell I never even seen her nude, and for her to be standing in front of me like this, looking like a woman, a real woman. I almost felt like a dirty old man for admiring her truly beautiful cola shaped frame. She was breath taking she looked just like a model straight off the runway, coming right into my arms. I slowly walked over to Teddy, without missing a beat I straddled my legs around him and whispered softly into his ear. “Am I everything your heart desired, for I know in my heart you’re mine. There is nothing I wouldn’t do to prove that to you.”
As her eyes met mine I looked back at her in sheer amazement. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, more so what I was feeling. I replied, “I know, I believe you, because I feel the exact same way.” I picked Kendra up and carried her back to the bedroom, were I laid her gently onto the bed. I started kissing her from the nape of her neck and worked my way to her full size lips. I sucked on her bottom lip as I caressed her stomach, which sent tingly chills throughout her body. Kendra then rolled me over, climbing on top of me. She nibbled on my ear and whispered, “Thank you for my clothes, nobody has ever bought me anything before.” I closed my eyes, so I could focus on her soft sensual kisses she was planting all over my body. “Teddy I want to please you in every way possible”. I erotically stated, as I slid down my thong. Teddy opened his eyes, it was like his conscious jerky back into gear. “Kendra wait, we can’t do this. Not just yet.”
“What, whats wrong, did I hurt you or something?” Kendra asked. “No its just that its not right to be having intercourse with a fifteen year old, baby no disrespect to you. You more than have the body of a grown woman, but your still fifteen. I’m sorry, for a second I got caught up in the moment. Don’t worry we’ll have plenty of time for that, when the time is right.” I saw the frown grow on her face as it covered in disappointment. Her eyes began to fill with water. “I just wanted to show you that I appreciate everything about you and I don’t want to give you any reason to want to be with any other woman.” I exclaimed.
“Look you don’t have to have sex to show your appreciation. And when you’ve found the right one, trust me there is nothing another woman could offer me to make me want to go astray. Now come here and let me hold you for a while before I take you back home.” Within twenty five minutes Teddy was sound asleep snoring in my ear. I just laid there thinking how perfect this felt. This is the life I want to have. Okay minus the snoring part, but I want to cuddled up under my husband every night with his big strong arms wrapped around me. I want it to feel like the rest of the world doesn’t exist, when were together. I laid there staring at Teddy as he rolled on his back with his arms behind his head. I don’t know if its really that quiet in here or did his snoring get louder. I couldn’t help but to chuckle to myself. Then I realized that my food was still in the kitchen and I was still hungry. I gave Teddy a few kisses on the cheek and told him I would be right back. Like he really heard me, but I‘m playing the role. I first peaked out into the hallway like someone was actually walking around, it must be a phobia of mine from having to deal with Anton. I covered my breast with my right arm, I’m not sure if I was concealing them or I just didn’t want them to jiggle as I tip toed down the hall. I stuck my food in the microwave to heat it up. As I waited for my food to heat up, I took a quick peak out the window. There wasn’t a soul in sight and if there was they wouldn’t be able to see me anyway because the lights are off. I looked at my food with about another minute to go, I stood there leaning against the counted butt naked looking down at myself. Oh my god! I can’t believe this. I am actually standing in a mans kitchen with out any clothes on. This is so crazy! This is such the perfect life that I so desire. I wiped the tears of joy from my face and grabbed my food. I sat on the edge of the bed watching Teddy sleep as I ate my food. Teddy words could never be enough to describe how you make me feel. Thank you for everything! after I finished my food, I sat my plate on the floor. It was 12:47 am, but I wasn’t ready to go home yet so laid back down putting my head on his bicep and partly laying my body across his. It felt like five minutes went by before his alarm went off. “Kendra get up! Its 6:45!” Teddy yelled.
“Ok so what’s the problem, I’m not late for school.” I replied. “You stayed here all night, your mother is going to kill you!”
“Don’t worry about her_” as I rolled over to get a few more minutes of sleep. “She’s still at the hospital, Anton makes her stay there with him so he can keep an eye on her.”
“So what about school?” Teddy stated in a hysterical mess.
“Relax, I bought school clothes yesterday. Remember? I’ll just shower and get dress here.” I calmly stated. Teddy stood there looking at Kendra all calm, cool and collected. “Kendra you know, if I didn’t know any better I would have thought that you’ve done this sort of thing before.”
“Nope sorry I’ve never spent the night with any man before.” I paused for a second, “At least not all night.” I mumbled. “What was that! I heard you.” Teddy shouted.
“I said, please come hold me tight!” Kendra yelled as Teddy jumped on the bed to tickle her. After a quick shower I sat there on the bed pulling off the tags to all my clothes. “Teddy I can’t really thank you enough for my clothes. And I know you don’t want to hear this and It might sound a little corny, but this is the first time I ever had a panty drawer. Before this I used to just stick them on the side of my shirts, because there was no need to have an empty drawer with only four panties in them.” This is so embarrassing for saying this but, “half way through the week I would have to wash my underwear in the sink, just to have clean ones to last until the weekend, for laundry day.” I turned and looked at Teddy. You really don’t know how much of a blessing you are to me.” I confirmed to him.
“Thank you, now can you get your blessed butt in the car before your late for school.” Teddy stated, breaking the serious moment between them. About a few blocks away from the school Teddy pulled over. “Is there something wrong? Why did you stop back here?” Kendra asked.
“You know what I said about us being seem together, we can’t have that on front street just yet.”
“OK, but just for the record you know I’m really getting sick of it. So will I see you after school?”
“Um, maybe later in the week.” Teddy replied. I cut my eyes at him. “Low Key remember? Besides they say absence makes the heart grow fonder.” Teddy reiterated
“But I don’t want to grow fonder, I want to grow stronger!.” I replied. I gave him a kiss and hopped out the car. I gave him one last look, “I’ll call you later.” I said sadly. It was sad to watch him pull away with out me. The second his car disappeared I instantly started going threw withdrawals. The next few days were uneventful, because all I could think about was Teddy and us being together. Anton is home from the hospital, I think he thinks I had something to do with him getting jumped because he keeps giving me mean looks. But I don’t care, I don’t want nothing to do with him anyway. All of my focus is on Teddy and the future were going to build together. I know deep down inside my mother felt good that Anton was on bed rest, because he was to incapacitated to beat on her. She won’t admit it, but I’ve seen a slight smirk on her face this past week.
