Agents of Literary Change
A Part of Our Soul
A part of our being, a part of our soul,
has taken his place in the Heavens, where his wings will unfold.
His earthly troubles, burdens, pains and fears,
were left at the Pearly Gates, as we heard the news of his passing,
memories of his incredible talent brought on the tears.
He was embraced, given his robe and adorned with a Golden Crown.
The angels gave him a glorious welcome, cheering as he performed; singing, rejoicing and yes, moon-walking around.
He realized he was home, where he would forever be blessed and at peace.
He received his rewards, for through it all he held on to his faith in humanity, in God he believed.
We must be relieved and rejoice as fans, loved ones, family and friends.
This is Michael Jackson's new beginning and not his end.
Michael will be always with us in spirit, forever in our hearts and minds.
We will all see him again, in God's Place and God's Time.
