Okay

This is how I will begin
Doing my daily thing
Reading poetry and
Making new lyrical
Friends

When all of a sudden
In the right corner of my eye
This is what I view

I see you
And it is I
You are trying to befriend

I am shocked and
Somewhat put out

A BISHOP IS TRYING TO
GIVE A SHOUT OUT

I cannot believe what
I am seeing

Got his collar on
In the main pic
How is he BP’ing

Now I don’t want to
Be disrespectful
So I ignore his hail

THIS ATTEMPT ALSO FAILED

My WAYWARD REV-A-REND

He leaves a message saying
He would still like to be my friend

I stop
And begin to give voice to suspicion

Why is a man in your position
Looking for love on the internet

You are a “man of God” a different
Type with a different of set of rules and stature to match
Do not even have a good nomenclature, that’s a fact

Oh have no fear little child
I am not one that is buck wild
And being a freak is beneath

Must be careful and take precautions

In a way to date or accept
Applications, I do not search
