A Tick in Time.

In one tick in time, the year has changed and with it so has your season. Just as there are seasons in the natural, there are seasons in the spirit. It is time to get out there and make your dreams a reality. You can experience the best in life if you believe in yourself. Having shared that, here is my request for you: Have a Blessed and Prosperous New Year. Make this year for YOU the year you DO all that you didn't before; accomplish all you've always wanted to. Ready for the NEW in 2009

Networking is on the top of my list for 2009. I have vowed to come out of my shell socially and meet and greet in person in an attempt to get the message out there and balance the networking done via the internet by interacting and networking in-state(s) as well. I am looking forward to speaking engagements across the US in the very near future. I enjoy teaching women how to walk in their truth, to love and accept themselves and to fulfill their purpose. I am a self-esteem advocate, a poet, wr… Continue

Happy Holidays!!!

I'm of the opinion that every day that we live, move and breathe is a day worthy and an opportunity afforded us to Glorify God and edify man. I believe the spirit of Christmas lives EVERYDAY; but, as my Pastor (Dr. John E. Montgomery, II) said today; Christmas represents the beginning of our blessings, for our SAVIOR'S arrival brought us redemption and reconciliation with God. I've shared that to say this: As we celebrate the Christmas Holiday and this Glorious New Year filled, might I add, wit… Continue

What's In a NAME?

(a healing poem) I said, “I don’t really know her.” Truth is, I’ve known her too well. As we’ve spent all of our life together, occupying the same human shell. Abused and confused, not understanding what was wrong. Because it persisted for such a long time; Its power had become too strong. Neglected, rejected, abandoned and let down, By those who were to love me and always be around. This healing search began long ago; but, would have never begun with me. For I constantly ignored the one iden… Continue

Your ~ Mother's Love!

Tears and hugs, intimate talks about love Future endeavors and all that we treasure Hopes and dreams that we prayed would come true That's only a portion of what I've shared with you. Aspirations shared through conversations As I poured out my very heart, And you listened intently, and smiled gently And took your own turn to share your thoughts. You've always seen the best in me and you've covered me in your prayers. And the thing that blessed me most of all is... no matter what you've… Continue

I Am..."A Reflection of YOU"!

Sister… Don’t hate me because I AM beautiful; For I AM truly a reflection of you The same beauty you see when you gaze upon me, Permeates within you, too. Don’t despise me because I AM intelligent. For Infinite Wisdom is yours too, to receive. All you’ve to do is ask Our Father in faith, And in your heart you must truly believe, Your mind HAS the capacity to conceive. Don’t revile me because I have style; Flair and expression, all my own: From my clothing and my hair, to the make-up I wear and e… Continue

Soul Talk

My soul speaks She calls from deep within I'm listening closely For she's whispering She's yearning to connect With something from of old It's time, my soul cries It's time now to be whole He's here, I can feel him Of whom I've derived The man that God used He fashioned me from his side Come close dear mate This is what I desire My soul yearns with this passion As if I'm on fire Deep calleth unto deep And my soul calls to you "Come Boaz, It's me Ruth Come Adam, to your Eve Come Man, to your… Continue

Word Hidden in my Heart!

Where do you place the most awesome things you've ever read; those quotes, sayings, scriptures, etc. that help to change your thought processes and helps to shape and mold your future, your character, your life? David in Psalms 119 vs.11, refers to "hiding the WORD in his heart, that he doesn't sin against God". In the last few months of meeting or preparations for meetings, I have come across and received Revelation of some Powerful scriptures. They were always before my face; but now that I wa… Continue

Beyond What My Eyes Can See!

What is this thing that my Spirit knows? This place during the day that my mind does oft go. This place of abundance that fills my space, And my prayers are for God's favor and, of course, His grace. There are longings and desires that wail deep inside And I pray for God's answers and these issues to subside. My husband, my ministry, my purpose, my life; This dream that's truly bigger than I. Yet, I'm cautious to ask the Lord why. Why not now, Lord? Why hasn't he come? And if not why, then when?… Continue
