Here comes One OOWEE Under GOD, with personal and dramatic POETRY (A LIFE IN NO SPECIFIC ORDER & A LIFE GETTING IN SPECIFIC ORDER), gripping and venting SHORT STORIES (PEACE, BE STILL) and a blazing novel titled The Spices In Life; it's becoming soooooooooooo amazing.
January 2010 will sum up all my literary hard knocks up to this point. My creativeness touching on everything that I hope to become and, wh…

[A sample poem taken from the spoken word nightclub scene of Eddie Johnson's novel: "Love's Wicked Game"]
Love is meant to stand the test of time
It’s not all about flowers though lovely
Nor being whisked away to stay in foreign towers that reach to the sky
You should tell your mate you love them each and every day
Love is meant to stand the test of time
A warm feeling within your innermost soul that can be felt by the person you graciously hold
Whether that person is young or old
Yo…

WARRANTED RAGE
The shiny and new COLT hammer rest on top of the vintage dresser crowded with recent and back-in-the-day photos of the family, of the friends, an assortment of MAC makeup, an array of very expensive diamonds and gold jewelry ranging in prices of more than $10,000. Perfumes and what-nots, as I pace back and forth, from the den to the back bedroom, considering how I should be reacting, as Reginald, Ashy and Compton bang unmercifully, like convicts on lock-down, on my burglar-barred…

Black like…
Black like sand is infinite
And ice flows in rivers that once ran in clouds
Black like night is a dandelion rising in the noonday sun
And blue is the final flame of the cool dung
Black like coal is hot diamond on the hand of a young couple promising eternity
Black like time is never done
Black like on and on
And every sum was a black one
Black like

STRESS IS JUST HAPPINESS TURNED INSIDE OUT,
ALONGSIDE WITH ANGER, AND THE SILVER CLOUDS OF DOUBT,
NOW THAT I'M OLDER I REALIZE THAT I'M NOT ALONE,
BUT THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME, I REALIZE I'M STRONG,
I WILL LONGER IN THIS LIFETIME LET SATAN MAKE ME STRESSED,
BUT I WOULD THINK ABOUT GODS GOODNESS AND KNOW THAT I'M BLESSED,
I WILL LEARN TO LOVE THY NEIGHBOR, BUT FIRST LEARN TO LOVE THYSELF,
I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST, BUT WITH GODS HELP,
SO TO WHOM SHALL READ THIS BE NOT BURDENED,…

i am wrong, so wrong in mind's mindset.
cannot lie to myself or you, have not begun banal behavior yet.
look at you, think of you, speak to you in ways that defy what is proper and respectable.
but you visage overwhelms and overcomes restraint of this mortal man; lady, tell me what else is longing, longing to do?
if tree be faltering that you cling upon, then trust that this one be strong from tallest branch to deep roots.
so pray tell, perchance you and i can conspire carnally creating nectar tha…

Let there be peace in the valley,
peace in the sea
peace in the land between you and me.
Let there be peace in our homes, schools and streets.
Peace for our love ones
and to all those we meet.
Let peace ring loud for our children
who are silenced by their fears.
Let peace be the tissue that wipes away their tears.
Let peace now grow strong and embrace us all.
Let peace be the light that shines on us day and night.

After an exhausting trip to Mobile, Alabama, I am mentally and physically exhausted. Today I just took a moment to return some phone calls, send out some emails and blog. At some point I'm going to get some sleep and then unpack. I still have 2 speeches to write for The Sigma Conclave next week and then it's time to pack again and hit the road.
"The road to success runs uphill, so don't expect to break any speed records!" ...AND THAT'S THE WAY I SEE IT... But Who knows - Maybe it's…

Today I hit the streets again in 104 degree Houston heat
(Having a vision is an automatic cooler). Tonight I attended rehearsals for the Stage Play that I am in -
THERE'S ONE IN EVERY FAMILY"(Heaven Ain't That Hard To Find!). When I am
"onstage" - I am focused on the task at hand, but when I am
"offstage" -
I AM STILL FOCUSED ON MY GOAL! In between scenes and on the breaks - I'm promoting/selling -
EASIER SAID THAN DONE! Is this multi-tasking?…

My morning was spent in
"Rejection City". It seemed like everywhere I went and everyone that I asked to buy my book
(EASIER SAID THAN DONE), see my vision and support the movement - said NO.
Disappointed, but not discouraged -
I was down for a minute, but not out for a second! I kept pounding the pavement and then the
YESSSS started echoing like an Appalachian yodeler!
YES! YES! YES! YES! -
"It's often the last key on the ring that opens the door!"…
