I am positively not a salesperson by nature. I'm not even a 'shopper' in the sense of getting excited with an invitation to 'shop til you drop!' However, I am a
savvy consumer and take great pride in exploring the options of price, style, accessibility and practicality when purchasing just about everything. So with that type of background coupled with my early…

Sin- Defined: The reason for Jesus’ Blood
Romans 3:23
Let’s begin this topical discussion on sin by looking at “sin” by summarizing sin and defining sin. Merriam-Webster School Dictionary (p 847) defines sin “as an offense against God.” Zondervan’s Pictorial Bible Dictionary (p 796) gives many Hebrew and Greek meaning of the word “sin”. The Hebrew meaning is missing; pesha’, transgression; awon, perversion; ra’, evil in disposition; resha’, impiety; and the Greek definition is…

Authors and Artists is a unique event for all participants, unlike most book expos, authors must apply and be selected for participation. This provides a topical balance and prevents overloading of certian genres. .The event is a "boutique" type of expo that works to feature each individual author, and markets intensely to its target market. (the number of authors will not exceed 25) Prior to the event the audience is familiar with the authors because the've been introduced to them through 220…

Mark 4:39
How do we know Christ cares? Let’s examine some recorded facts of Christ caring for all creation. First, He shed Himself of His glory to suffer human humiliation and limitations even to the point of death. Second, Christ came to earth for the sole purpose of providing salvation for mankind. Salvation is made possible through His shed blood on Calvary’s cross, reconciling humanity back to God, the Father. The way to God is through Christ our Savior. Humanity must accept…

Hi,
Do you have a passion for reading? Do you want stories and characters that you can relate to? Then you would love my novels entitled, "Never What it Seems" and "Autumn Leaves."
"Never What it Seems" is the story of Dee Wellington and AJ Madison, two women who were born in Chicago, and much like the city; their lives are anything but ordinary. Dee grew up in a dysfunctional household that by today's standards would be considered completely 'normal' .Trying to cope with…

There are certain things many authors do that murders their manuscript. These things can render your manuscript worthless in the site of any legitimate agent or publisher. Some of those no-nos are:

The Politics of Half Truth:
How Smoke Screens Are Used To Gain Unfair Advantage
As you all know, I've recently embarked upon my public article writing career via the usage of blogs. With such a vast array of interests and the gift of comprehension there are many topics and subject matters that I've done quite a bit of research and study into, along with applying practical experience, in order to gain knowledge of. Writing provides a way for me to step out of my 'private'…
