Can your book be the best selling book in its genre or niche without being a BEST-SELLER?
Although I DO NOT agree with the politics of the author of this article I learned much from the assessment she gives from the book “The Long Tail: Why the Future of Business is Selling Less of More” by

Book Selling directly, it does discuss selling on AMAZON and you can just
