- First time published author of THE GOLD COIN, a childrens book. My book shares a great life lesson of friendship. A story of friendships old and new, of hopes lost and regained, of truth woven with words of fiction. I want to write literature for our youth that teaches values and a foundation for life and for parents. The book release is July 2008, presented by Tate Publishing. This book lived in my head for years and now has come to live, I am very excited.I have been writing all of my life in some form or fashion, I won a poetry contest years ago. Writing has always been my passion. THE GOLD COIN, will be a series and number two is already written.

I want to take a moment to introduce my wife Terri. We have shared 15 wonderful years together. I guess being best friends means alot. We spend most of our time at our home and with our 3 dogs, AKA our babies. We take a trip or two every year, but mostly we are home bodies. We do our yard work, watch movies, BBQ, Texas style, and mainly enjoy our spare time together. We are thankful and gratefrul for each other, but mostly for our Heavenly Father, who watches over us and guides through every day of our lives.

i'm pleased to meet you. i hope that many parents will purchase your book. our children today are in dire need of life lessons that will make them well rounded people for God, themselves and thier community. i am still working on my book which depicts my life. i too hope that i can touch the heart of young people. i also have written a children's book. i hope to complete it after publishing my first book. it's wonderful to meet your wife as well. marriage is very important. i hope that you and your wife will reap the benefits of your labor.
