- I am a 65 years old great-grandmother who is reinventng herself into an author of children's storybooks called "The Oodleville Adventures, and a designer of black rag dolls called, "Oodles Dolls." I have also written my autobiography (the first 50 years) entitled "By Hope Alone: The Making of a Parent; The journey of a woman through life, love and a child abuse case. It is a story of redemption, reunion, and restoration. I am divorced and live alone, but in constant contact with my children and their families.
A year later
Since introducing myself on this site, I have gotten a year older, grown wiser and become a published author! I have also made great friends and shared this life's journey with like-minded people. I look forward to getting to know many more, and having value added to my life and mission.

YAY! I'M A PUBLISHED AUTHOR!!
After 18 years of effort, I am proud to announce that my first children's book, "The First Trip" is online and available. The story is one of Bubba Oodle, the news reporter for the Oodleville News, and his arrival in "The Land Beyond" (our Earth) from his imaginary world of "Oodleville."
