Days 12 & 13: Life Lessons Writing for a Purpose

Day 12 - We had three male participants from A Step Forward, Inc. (ASF) in today's workshop. Of the three, one was new. At least two of the male and one of the female participants dropped out of the recovery program during the ten-weeks. And there have been a few scheduling glitches that have caused other participants to miss sessions. This weekend, the women participants are unable to participate in the last two sessions as they are attending an out-of-town spiritual retreat. During this… Continue

Day 11: Life Lessons Writing for a Purpose Workshop Series

We are coming down to our last few sessions. Our session on Friday, October 10th was somewhat difficult as quite a few of the workshop participants were physically and mentally unable to focus due to changes in medication and/or other personal issues that impacted their participation in the session. We had a total of seven participants at the session. Of the seven participants, 5 were returning A Step Forward, Inc. (ASF) clients and 2 were new ASF clients.

We were also blessed with a… Continue

Great News!!!
A message from keith arnold to all of his friends, please forward this to all your friends!

Thank you to all of my friends who have supported me, and who will support me in the future by purchasing a copy of my book. I have great news, I have re-created a copy of my book so that most of you who couldn't afford to purchase it at the $19 price may be able to purchase it at the new price of $12. Please note that 10% of the proceeds that I receive from my book goes toward the American Cancer Society(my grandfather died from prostate cancer), and also the American heart association(my grandmother died from a massive heart attack). So, on behalf of Myself, the Kingdom of God, my grandmother, and my grandfather, thank you very much for your support! May God continue to bless each and everyone of you. Please click on the link below to purchase or preview my book. Love you to Life!!!!

Advice on Exploring Erotica in Your Writing

MediaBistro's Morning Media Menu had a conversation with author Jamie Brenner about advice for writers looking to explore this newly crowded genre. An excerpt from Brenner: My first erotic novel came out two years ago. The landscape feels completely different. There is not just the hope to reach a mainstream audience with erotic novel, but the expectation that success is reaching everyone, not just the genre readers. Fifty Shades of Grey really raised the bar for that. At the same time, working…See More
