Today is Sunday down at Christlike PG Faith Baptist Church for the Homegoing service fo r Rev. Robert Small my first pastor. Rev. Small was 91 years old when he passed. His Homegoing was awesome and much like a family reunion for many of us. We danced and the choirs sang like back in the day. Please forgive my slowness to respond. I've been added to so many networking groups that I can't keep afloat! So glad we're buddies here, as well.
I use Lightning Source as my printer and that relationship offers dual benefits in that your title can be ordered through Ingram - the parent company.
Unfortunately I am unable to recommend any other. Try a google search for 'book printers'.
Hope you have luck with finding one you can be pleased with.
