My Body is Hurting. Can I Make it Better?

Healthy Living and Weight Loss For Baby Boomers.

Over the last week I have been consumed and overjoyed with the historic election of Barack Obama as the first African American as president of the United States of America. I am still rejoicing as the Lord has created a new beginning for the world. This event shows the World that "Yes We Can". Yet, I still see and feel what is going on in my personal world.

Yes, my body is hurting and crying out to me to take better care of myself. My body is te… Continue

Is Your Job Killing You?

Keys to Healthy Living, Longevity and Weight Loss for Baby Boomers

Exploring our lifestyles many baby boomers spend much of the day at work. To live a healthy life and increase our longevity we need to mak… Continue

As I stand here on this picture with "the truth fighter," Warren Ballentine, I too seek truth. What I write about is the art of relationships, and how to restore the union between man and woman. I believe that many of us don't realize how damaged we are, which will not allow us to be in a healthy relationship until we begin to look inward. I have a book titled Manual of Man that I think you all will find quite interesting. It's deep. One subject it talks about is how religion can be the reason for families being divided, remaining single for decades at a time while our children suffer. Religion tells you not to trust man and everything will be okay when it is not. Man needs woman and woman needs man. Another subject it talks about how we marry the spirit of our parents, including the unresolved issues. Please comment. I would love to meet new and intelligent friends.

Thank your for extending friendship to me. I see that you are a multifaceted individual, as I am. Your business interests are of interest to me, as well. By the way, what type of writing do you do? I have such respect for anyone, especially another brother, who can commit complex analyses or summaries of observations, feelings, thoughts, and facts to written form. I look forward to sampling your writing. Please feel free to visit and look at mine. I welcome your and everyone in the group's comments.

SPAM IS SO NOT COOL!

Please do not greet everyone on the site with large images and announcements of your book or business. Yes, you want to tell the world, but learn the fine art of subtlety. A simple welcome and signature/link is fine. Let them ask you for more.
We have lost numerous members because of the amount of 'friend' mail they instantly receive. This Hurts Everyone.
Spam is unsolicited advertising, whether it is posted as comments on other members' pages or is emailed for marketing purposes.
