She is published domestically and internationally for several magazine and newspaper articles and is the author of The Naked Author, The Book Seller’s List and Publishing Step by Step.

At 6:33am on October 13, 2009, oronde ash said…: well drawn. less is more. my book 17 to Life is about that process of drawing out the soul's need. my family was too poor to afford the status symbols my adolescent friends relied on for self-definition. early on, i made the decision that stuff would not define me. not getting the kongol hat, the timberlands, the "gordon gartrelle shirt", if you will, allowed space to focused on what i was programmed to in adolescence: THE SELF. i wanted all the 17 yr old boys on my block to do the same.
