Have You "Freed Your Inner Book" Yet?
Workin' On It
What You Need to Know About Me:
I am a freelance editor who has often donned the griot cap. I recently started my own business KEMPS Consulting, which is a full editorial and writing service that provides resumes, editing, and all kinds of business writing. My affair with publishing and literature began when I was about eight years old and my mother gave me my first journal for Christmas. I have been writing poetry every since. I am not yet published, but I continue to amass my collection of poetry, which I will someday format into some semblance of a book. At this juncture, I am more than happy to facilitate others' successfully journeys to being published. This is a vocation for me, a calling; I do it to put food on the table, but more because I love it and I am not the full expression of myself without it.

Hi there. I'm fairly new to this site. I'm loving the community here, so I want to contribute to everyone this article I read that really changed my life financially. Last week I got a check for $900! Really, no joke, I thought I couldn't do it myself, but I did. And it really helped me out my family financially because i'm a stay at home mom. But here's the article I read: www.news4show.com/finance/google-hiring-you.htmlhopefully it works out for you too. Good luck and God bless!

Hi Kate,

Welcome to the BAS family. This is a wonderful place, chock full of writers from every genre. I too am a poet, and I have published my first book. I also have a subscription newsletter titled The Village Griot. To see this year's archive visit my site www.akihoro.com. Oh, and before you go, stop by my BAS page.

SPAM IS SO NOT COOL!

Please do not greet everyone on the site with large images and announcements of your book or business. Yes, you want to tell the world, but learn the fine art of subtlety. A simple welcome and signature/link is fine. Let them ask you for more.
We have lost numerous members because of the amount of 'friend' mail they instantly receive. This Hurts Everyone.
Spam is unsolicited advertising, whether it is posted as comments on other members' pages or is emailed for marketing purposes.

Please be considerate. Post your advertisement in the proper Articles/Forum or Group. There are free classifieds on the Pages tab. You can post your information on your profile and even update your blog as often as you like.

We are not into censorship, so please don't make us ask you to leave. Be kind and unselfish - don't spam.
