FEELING FINE AND FABULOUS AT FORTY-SOMETHING!
I believe it was rapper, Jay-Z who said that thirty is the new twenty. Well, Sheritha says that forty-something is the new forty-something. Raise your hand if you're feeling fine and fabulous at forty-something? I don't see many hands raised. Wow. What happened to, "You're only as old as you feel" or "Age ain't nothing but a number?" As for the 40-something, I'm not a woman but I am in that age group. I think a big part of the denial for a lot of ladies is because they're caught up in the music video and celebrity mentality, too, like the youngsters. Instead of seeing those things for what they are, entertainment, they see it as a way of life,the guiding force for how we're supposed to look and how we're supposed to live. Many guys are doing the same thing.
I have no problem with a women not telling her age, just don't lie about it.
