What You Need to Know About Me:
I was born in 1951, in the rural setting of Franklin County, North Carolina; the oldest of three children. My family relocated to New York in 1957.

Currently I am working on my second book, an in depth analysis of customer service and how it impacts not just the customer, but the very nature of business. I have over thirty years of experience in single unit and multi-unit management in the food and beverage industry. My experience includes but is not limited to enhance customer service training and customer service evaluation programs, employee recruitment and retention, team building, health and sanitation regulations, training and coaching with evaluation skill transfer, sales building, P&L line item cost control, management leadership development skills, professional business practices, and business policy enforcement. I have a keen eye and understanding of how to best protect businesses and employees from vulnerabilities inside the workplace. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and I am a two time award winning author.

SPAM IS SO NOT COOL!

Please do not greet everyone on the site with large images and announcements of your book or business. Yes, you want to tell the world, but learn the fine art of subtlety. A simple welcome and signature/link is fine. Let them ask you for more.
We have lost numerous members because of the amount of 'friend' mail they instantly receive. This Hurts Everyone.
Spam is unsolicited advertising, whether it is posted as comments on other members' pages or is emailed for marketing purposes.

Please be considerate. Post your advertisement in the proper Articles/Forum or Group. There are free classifieds on the Pages tab. You can post your information on your profile and even update your blog as often as you like.

We are not into censorship, so please don't make us ask you to leave. Be kind and unselfish - don't spam.
