What You Need to Know About Me:

I am a native Washingtonian and have lived most of my life on the East Coast. A few years ago I moved to Arizona, where I currently reside.

I am the founder and president of C. Payne Consulting & Training LLC, a professional services business specializing in management consulting, training and coaching. You may visit the website at www.cpayneconsulting.com. Services include management consulting and training in the areas of diversity, glass ceiling, team building, conflict resolution and leadership coaching. Individual services include success coaching and career transitioning. In 2007, I was blessed by God when I was featured in the power issue of the Arizona Woman magazine as one of 5 Valley women CEOs.

I have earned a B.A. in Accounting, a M.A. in Management & Public Policy and a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Human Resources. I am an adjunct professor for several universities and colleges. Some of the courses I teach include business, human resources and staffing.

I am also a motivational speaker, success coach and author. I am currently working on an empowerment book for woman. I facilitate workshops and seminars designed to uplift, inspire and motivate women to live their best life. I am passionate about helping women and on July 28, 2008 I launched the Women & HOPE website. Women & HOPE is a global community and empowerment magazine for women. You may visit the website at www.womenandhope.com. Women & HOPE now has a BlogTalkRadio show, The Women's Empower Hour. Listen to the show live at www.blogtalkradio.com/thewomensempowerhour.

Also, on December 8, 2008 at 9:00 p.m. EST, Ladies, Let's Talk was launched. Ladies, Let's Talk is a weekly segment of The Women's Empower Hour in which five ladies discuss any and every thing affecting the lives of women. We will be talking about relationships, health and fitness, abuse and much, much more. You name it and the ladies and I will be talking about it.

I am a very spiritual person with a deep relationship with God. I believe in the law of attraction. In other words, what you give your thoughts and attention to is what you’ll get back from the universe. Therefore, I believe in being positive and each day I work on becoming the best me that I can be. I love motivational quotes because they are inspiring and I close every email with a quote by Gandhi which reads: “You must be the change you want to see in the world.”

I look forward to the opportunity to share and network with all of you on this network. Additionally, if you'd like to connect with me on some of the other social networks, you can find me at the sites below.

Hello Dietra... Thank you for adding me as your friend. I wanted to share that the launch of my Seven Biblical Women Bible Study/Creative Writing Workshop was a huge success. Please find time to read the testimonials posted on my web site www.akihoro.com and click the workshop button. I am praying that other faith-based organizations will host a workshop in the near future.
