- I am now self-publishing! I started with a small publisher that published my first book in 2007. They folded by the time I was coming out with the sequel late 2009, forcing me to start over from scratch. I am self-publishing my first novel since 2007, debuting at the Harlem Book Fair this July 2010.
With more control in my own hands, I'm casually writing for the enjoyment of it with a moderate focus on marketing in order to produce more novels without the stress.

Please do not greet everyone on the site with large images and announcements of your book or business. Yes, you want to tell the world, but learn the fine art of subtlety. A simple welcome and signature/link is fine. Let them ask you for more.
We have lost numerous members because of the amount of 'friend' mail they instantly receive. This Hurts Everyone.
