Ebook Publications: Friend or Foe of African-American Authors?

 

     Only 5% of my African-Americans friends, family and colleauges either purchased,gifted or recieved an Ebook for the holiday. Reasons cited were: (1) 'Wanted a real book in their library';(2) Ebook reader cost and (3) computer inaccessibility which prevented them from adopting this book format. Based on your experiences do you think the trend towards Ebook publications will be helpful or harmful for African-American authors?
