A Diamond In The Rough

A Diamond in the Rough is a coming of age tale about a typical young girl who is growing up faster than she should in a world that is all too accommodating. Diamond finds love in another lost kindred spirit at an early age, only to lose the love of her life through tragedy shortly after. Her world is suddenly turned upside down, and at a time when her peers are going off to college and discovering first love, Diamond is turning tricks and ducking death.
As you follow Diamond’s journey from adolescence to adulthood it is easy as an outsider to recognize all of the wrong turns and pitfalls she succumbs to.
A Diamond in the Rough is a story about the decisions made during youth that end up crippling our lives forever.
