Share 'I need an editor..'

I need an editor. I’m currently working a major manuscript that should break me through as an author. Before I send it to any publishers I want it edited. I’m not seeking a professional editor (because they charge too much) but somebody with natural editing skills from this site. I will pay for the service (which can negotiate on).
