My hands raised. I'm diligently searching for a literary agent to whom to submit my query and synopsis. Oh yes I've had many request for the completed manuscript but I want to make the best decision which means to reach my audience of readers. I'm including the query and pray that God's hand moves it forward. I'm listening literary people.

I have just completed a spicy and emotional drama titled The Spices In Life. It is a tale about Christine Veronica Webbster, an Afro-American business owner in the bustle of Atlanta’s entrepreneurial world; dragging along heartaches from her past. What makes this story unique is the fact that not only does she survive excruciating Common migraines from birth, the absentee rearing of her mega-millionaire parents, the emotional abuse of her social circle as a teen; she comes to truly believe that life may not be worth striving for if her world doesn’t rotate soon. She rushes into adulthood as a force to be reckoned with with only those who can, with unwavering loyalty, stand by her; she’s either the bitch or the banker. With unlimited finances, gained social power and earned privilege, she is literally forced into an insane asylum after being found not-as-guilty from the trumped up charges of being a high-ranking drug trafficker; anything to drag her down. The one thing she wasn’t suppose to become she does and it’s about to cost her everything.
It think my manuscript will appeal to fans of Felicia Mason, Connie Briscoe, E. Jerome, Mary Monroe, Omar Tyree, Toni Morrison, Sandra Kitt and the like.
I have one prior publication with PublishAmerica; a poetry book titled A LIFE IN NO SPECIFIC ORDER. The second yet unpublished compilation is complete; A LIFE GETTING IN SPECIFIC ORDER.
I am a native of Texas but have done my share of world travel. I write because living is what I see when I look out of my eyes. I base my writings on my life’s serious situations, constant circumstances and eclipsing episodes.
I’ve been developing this piece over the past year and I’m almost sure you will enjoy it. My synopsis barely expresses the spicy emotions weaved into The Spices In Life.
