I don't have an agent yet either, but I was told to look at the books that are like yours to see who they're using. There are also websites that tell you about agents and what type of genre they accept and how to query them. The one I've used it agentyquery.com.

I brought 'The Writer's Handbook' which has an extensive list of agents that you can write or email to. Its best to get the latest edition though as mines is 2007. Hope that helped.
I wrote to every one in that book and got a few excited responses so good luck.
