Hello all, my name is Geoffrey D. Holman, screen and playwright. Presently, we're in the process of staging three innovative one act plays at The NUYORICAN POETS CAFE in New York, in addition to that my stge play "LOVES INTENTIONS... (A Comedy.... SERIOUSLY!) is being read as a member playwright of the FRANK SILVERA'S WRITER'S WORK SHOP and will open as a staged reading this spring nd will be produced by Woody King Jr. New Federal Theatre in New York City as an Off Broadway stage play.

Hello everyone, it seems as if we all are gifted with the same ideas. I also know we all seem to live miles apart, however, if anyone is having something post it so your "sistas & brothas" in your area can or should support. I also wrote a book "Within These Walls" and am scheduled to present my play May 2009. It is in Poughkeepsie, NY (upstate). If anyone will be in New York around that time please support. More recently, I'll be booksigning Oct 25, 2008 at Barnes & Nobles. So with that said if you're in New York (anywhere) and you need my support I'll be there, if the Lord should say the same. Encouraging words feel fine, but action feels better.

Hi,
Just wanted to say hello and see what's happening in your areas. I am in Tampa, Florida and just debut my first stage play that I wrote, directed, and produced (whew)! I am breathing for a moment. It was awesome. I can't wait to do it again. We are aiming for another performance in August.
