"A Different Kind Of Love" by Nanette M. Buchanan is absolutely, by far, the best drama novel I've read this year! I must say that this book had my complete, undivided attention as I enjoyed the return of this unusual family- The Minces.

The Minces are back in full force and have many deep secrets that begin to unravel with the deepest and darkest secrets yet to be revealed. It has not been long since D.Q.'s death and this family still seems lost without his direction. Darrell has got himself into some deep trouble with only Derek to the rescue. Darrell and Dershai find themselves between a rock and a hard place as their secret is discovered by other family members. Tonya, Dershai's mother, is on the hunt to get what she feels is owed to her from D.Q's Enterprise and does whatever is necessary to get what she wants. And grandma Mince just sits back and watches the chaos as many new things come to the light.

This is one of the most cold-hearted, cut-throat, and back-stabbing families. They seem normal, but behind closed doors they show a different kind of love amongst each other. I really enjoyed reading this book and found it quite more interesting than "Family Secrets....Lies & Alibis." Nanette, you got me yearning for more.......keep up the good work!
